Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Registered Nurse Coordinator - Operating Room - Location:
Glenbrook Hospital - Full Time/Part Time:
Full Time - Hours:
Monday-Friday - either 5-days per week or 4-days per week - Additional Coverage:
Available by phone for emergencies and may assist in the cardiovascular institute
- Coordinates the care for the operating room surgical patient population
- Manages staff schedules and patient assignments
- Works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and operating room staff to ensure safe and quality care of the surgical patient
- Coordinates specialty cases with RN surgical specialists
- Monitors and maintains the quality of the intraoperative patient population by ensuring compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Participates in performance improvement initiatives related to surgical specialties, collect and analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance patient care outcomes.
- May cross cover in the cardiovascular institute
- Bachelors Degree Nursing Required
- 3 Years of clinical nursing experience, with surgical specialty experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois. Required And
- BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS – American Heart Association (AHA) Required
