Registered Nurse; RN Cosmetic Injector

Beauty with Bubbly Med Spa is seeking a motivated, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This position provides a combination of cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, skin procedures, patient education, and medical weight loss support in a fast‑paced medical aesthetics practice.

• Administer Botox®, Dysport®, Juvederm®, Skinvive®, and Sculptra®.
• Perform facial assessments and identify contraindications.
• Follow Beauty with Bubbly treatment protocols and injection techniques.

• Perform microneedling, Diamond Glow®, chemical peels, exosome treatments, and Skinvive®.
• Educate patients on Skin Medica® skincare, Upneeq®, and Nutrafol products.

• Perform laser hair removal, vascular and pigmented lesion treatments, skin tightening, toenail fungus treatments, and body contouring (training provided as needed).

• Conduct consultations and educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
• Review medical history, allergies, medications, contraindications, and obtain informed consent.
• Complete accurate documentation in Vagaro.

• Recognize and respond to adverse events, including vascular occlusion.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, Illinois Nurse Practice Act, and clinic protocols.
• Maintain proper medication storage, inventory, expiration monitoring, and cold‑chain compliance.

• Escalate complex medical histories, complications, infections, allergic reactions, vascular concerns, and off‑label treatment requests to the APRN.
• Practice within RN scope and clinic protocols.

• Recommend skincare products and complementary treatments.
• Participate in social media content and before‑and‑after photography as needed.
• Assist with training of new staff when appropriate.
• Support patient retention through follow‑up and rebooking.

• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure treatment rooms, medications, and clinic are secured at the end of each day.

• Active Illinois RN license in good standing
• Cosmetic injection experience REQUIRED
• Medical aesthetics experience REQUIRED
• BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
