Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse, First Assist (RNFA) to join our Surgery team zabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. The RNFA supports the surgeon during operations, performs peri-operative assessment, and conducts post-operative evaluation to ensure patient safety.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an RN license. CNOR certification is required for hires after April 24, 2024, or completion of an RNFA program.
