Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Glenview, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing, along with the necessary certifications and skills to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and deliver care in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Schedule Details

• Shift: Day shift from 0700 to 1900
• Schedule:
  
  Every Monday
• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement:
  Rotating holidays
• Floating Requirement:
  Flexibility to float to Highland Park, Evanston, or Skokie

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing required; 3 years preferred.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse License.
• Certifications required: ACLS, NIHSS, BLS.
• Must achieve at least 80% on the EKG test.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Contract Length

This position is a contract for 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs.

Payroll Information

Payroll is processed on a bi-weekly basis.
