Telehealth (TELE) Nurse Glenview, IL

This position involves providing specialized care in a cardiovascular-focused, hospital setting. The TELE nurse will be responsible for monitoring and managing patients' cardiovascular health, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and providing exceptional patient care during night shifts.

  The TELE nurse will work in a cardiovascular medical/surgical unit, primarily focusing on cardiovascular patients. Responsibilities include continuous patient monitoring, administering treatments, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires flexibility to float to various units as needed and the ability to manage a full patient ratio.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Current Illinois nursing license, BLS certification, passing EKG test with a score of 80% or higher, and a minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience, including at least one travel contract.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with cardiovascular care in a hospital setting.
• Schedule:
  
  Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 40 hours per week, every other weekend, with on-call duties as needed.
• Additional Information:
  The candidate should be familiar with cardiovascular patient care protocols and comfortable floating to different units within the facility. Credential submission is due by Thursday before the start date.
