Daytime RN Triage Nurse – Outpatient Headache Clinic

Endeavor Health's Registered Nurse Triage team in Chicago invites you to join our outpatient headache clinic. As a Triage RN, you will assess caller needs, provide education, and coordinate timely care with empathy and clinical judgment.

You will perform phone triage, patient education, CGM placement, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintain exam rooms and supplies in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, 40 hours/week with Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM office hours;
