Title: Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Location: Glenview, IL (Hybrid, Tuesday–Thursday)
Duration: 06 months

The Role

This role will work within an Export Regulatory and Quality team. This position will be responsible for reviewing nutrition and regulatory compliance and providing support in the Quality area related to Client's products globally.

Key Components of the Role
  • Provide technical information and evaluate regulatory compliance of products as well as adhere to internal policies and guidelines for exporting products.
  • Review label graphics for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy in conjunction with the local Regulatory teams and consultants.
  • Support risk assessment activities for existing products in new markets.
  • Protect the intellectual property of our products and processes.
  • Investigate customer/consumer complaints using root cause analysis and work with department managers to determine what corrective and preventive actions are necessary.
  • Complete customer compliance documentation.
  • Provide support to Export Quality related issues.
  • Support management of Product specifications (elaborate, create, change, update, whenever necessary).
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Food Science or related scientific field with minimal experience in Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D, or Quality required.
  • Candidate should have experience with specifications, databases, and proficiency in MS applications.
  • This position requires the ability to handle complexity, work independently, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines with a strong drive for results and the ability to bring projects to completion.
Computer Testing Requirement

  • Open Microsoft Excel.
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days. Onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). Work hours may vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
