Quality & Regulatory Affairs

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Quality and Regulatory Affairs Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Glenview, IL, 60025. Details of the position are as follows:

• Pay: $20.59/hr to start!
• 6-month contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion based on budget and performance.
• Hybrid role, 3 days a week onsite!
• Position will mainly be responsible for providing technical and regulatory support, evaluating product compliance, reviewing labels for regulatory accuracy, supporting risk assessments, protecting intellectual property, and managing product specifications.
• Responsibilities also include investigating customer complaints, performing root cause analysis, implementing CAPA, completing compliance documentation, supporting Export Quality activities, and maintaining regulatory documentation.
• Position will also be responsible for collaborating with Regulatory and Quality teams, ensuring export compliance, supporting quality investigations, participating in risk management, and maintaining product documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree is required!
• Experience working with scientific data is required.
• Experience with in MS Office, Excel, Google Chrome, and Edge.
• Experience with data review is preferred.
