  • Ensure projects have clear, validated CX direction and appropriate documentation as they move through development stages.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research focused on product and package experience, with support from senior scientists as needed.
  • Synthesize findings from CX research into clear, actionable summaries for assigned categories/brands.
  • Contribute to translating consumer needs and Jobs-to-Be-Done into product and packaging experience targets and design criteria.
  • Prepare research summaries that clarify key findings and recommended next steps, supporting cross‑functional discussions.
  • Support management of external research suppliers: fieldwork coordination, timeline tracking, and deliverable quality checks.
  • Manage individual projects and work streams with attention to prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity and privacy requirements.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Food Science, Physical Science, Consumer Behavior/Psychology, Industrial Design, or Marketing with a strong consumer research focus, with a minimum 2 year of relevant experience, or Master’s with 1 year, or PhD with no relevant experience in consumer/product research or consumer experience roles supporting product development; CPG experience preferred, food & beverage a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Solid organizational skills - prioritization, attention to detail, and on‑time delivery.
