Roles and Responsibilities

• Servers will create a unique service experience for our guests and must practice proper steps of service.
• Work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor and stay calm under pressure.
• Treat each guest as a guest in our home.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively.
• Learn about new beers and food offerings in our brewery and restaurant.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Collect payments and prepare checks.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Perform all opening, closing, and ongoing side work, including cleaning the restaurant.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• B.A.S.S.E.T Certified.
• Serve Safe Certified.
