As an Account Executive, you will identify and develop relationships with businesses and organizations that would benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will research prospective businesses by making introductory calls, visiting work sites, and delivering sales presentations. Much of your time will be spent away from the office, visiting existing and prospective clients, attending important client meetings, and entertaining events.

You will collaborate with the recruiting team to find and coach the best potential employee for each open position.

This role requires problem‑solving skills, personal initiative, and discretion in evaluating businesses and professionals. You will use sound judgment when assessing whether a company can partner successfully with Beacon Hill to meet their supplemental staffing needs. You must represent Beacon Hill well in the marketplace, address the needs of existing clients, and pursue new ones. Negotiating and implementing good deals, and concluding projects profitably, are essential.

Successful completion requires managing both client needs and Beacon Hill resources.

This is a relationship‑focused sales position; the harder you work, the more results you will see. Every day you will be accountable to your goals and build your book of business.

YOUR DAY
  • Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct high‑volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
  • Meet clients by visiting work sites, delivering sales presentations, and developing an understanding of client needs.
  • Manage the job order process—partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs while acting on the client’s behalf internally.
  • Serve as the client’s first point of contact during the job order process and entertain clients (dinners, golf, sporting events, etc.).

  • Strong self‑motivation and the drive to make a high volume of calls.
  • Discretion and independent judgment regarding which businesses can be successfully served.
