Public Safety Officer, Glenbrook Hospital, Evenings

Endeavor Health -  - Responsibilities:
Patrols assigned areas of facilities and grounds on foot or in motorized vehicle according to established schedule and investigates unusual occurrences;
Reports incidents or apparent potential loss of Hospital, employee, patient or visitor property through fire, theft or vandalism and if necessary, involve police and provide assistance during police investigation;
Responds to all service calls in a timely, safe, professional and courteous manner;
Welcomes our customers to the Hospital and provides directions to patients and visitors;
Following established procedures, physically restrains unruly patients and/or visitors and individuals posing a threat to themselves, visitors, hospital employees and/or property and if necessary, involves police in removing visitors
