What you’ll do- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and light repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, including HVAC preventative maintenance.
- Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
- Support energy management by taking measures to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
- Complete all work in proper alignment with building codes and safety laws.
- Use interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information clearly.
- Professionally respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience; or a combination of experience and education.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
- Follow basic work routines and standards.
- Communicate straightforward information clearly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills for simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Compensation is based on education, training, and experience. The minimum salary is $60,000 annually; the maximum is $67,250 annually. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
