• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and light repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, including HVAC preventative maintenance.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by taking measures to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
• Complete all work in proper alignment with building codes and safety laws.
• Use interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information clearly.
• Professionally respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience; or a combination of experience and education.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communicate straightforward information clearly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills for simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Compensation is based on education, training, and experience. The minimum salary is $60,000 annually; the maximum is $67,250 annually. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
