Cloud Developer – GNOS Platform

• Implement cloud-native backend services and APIs for GNOS that directly support GN’s hearing products and R&D roadmaps.
• Design and implement resilient, observable services (logging, tracing, metrics, alerts) aligned with product and platform SLAs/SLOs.
• Work closely with R&D test engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, contract, performance).
• Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design discussions, balancing platform health with product delivery.
• Identify and help address technical debt in GNOS services, focusing on areas that unlock product innovation, performance, or reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience developing backend or platform services in production environments.
• Direct experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as Microsoft Azure, including services like API management, databases, messaging, identity, and containers.
• Proficient in programming with at least one backend language (for example, C#/.NET, Java, or Node.js/Type Script).
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs consumed by other R&D teams or external partners.
• Practical experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Git-based workflows (Git Hub or similar).
• Demonstrated focus on reliability, maintainability, and security in solution design and implementation.
