2-5 Years

North Shore CC is looking for a self‑motivated golf professional who is excited to extend their passion for the game to all members and guests. The qualified candidate will have wide ranging responsibilities throughout the operation including:

• Daily Operations - Taking initiative in all details of daily play to improve members’ and guests’ experiences.
• Be actively present, greeting, and addressing members’ needs at all service points, including bag drop, golf shop, practice facilities, first tee, and golf course.
• Directing or assisting a full member tournament schedule for an active membership.
• Directing or assisting with a junior development program coaching children from ages 4 - 18.
• Teaching members of all ages and abilities in both individual and group settings.
• Be fully knowledgeable of golf shop merchandise - features and benefits
• Assist in receiving retail product, merchandising, inventory management & sales techniques for a golf shop.
• Play golf with members while maintaining competitive proficiency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional golf operation space.
• Uphold and oversee the adherence to club policies, traditions, rules of golf, and the high service standards of one of the premier private clubs in the country.
