Target Compensation: 120k-135k based off experience level
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:- Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and customer credit processes
- Support audits, tax filings, internal controls, and SOX/J-SOX compliance initiatives
- Supervise accounting staff and support ongoing process improvement efforts across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior leadership experience overseeing accounting team activities
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls, and financial reporting; SAP experience preferred
