Position Overview- Provide specialized instruction and academic support to elementary students with diverse learning needs in resource and self-contained classroom settings.
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies aligned with students' IEP goals and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to monitor progress and promote positive student outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive, structured classroom environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's preferred)
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement
- Experience teaching special education students in elementary resource or self-contained classroom settings preferred
- Competitive Pay:
Earn $48.20 - $49.20per hour
