As a Diesel Mechanic – Experienced (Service Tech IV), you’ll use your skills to perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment with limited or no supervision in a highly skilled, safe, and professional manner.

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while exercising a high degree of independent judgment.
• Travel to customer job sites to repair/maintain rental or customer-owned equipment when required.
• Maintain the service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
• Maintain paper and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Five or more years of experience repairing and maintaining equipment and tools.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Must own tools applicable to the position.
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

Compensation Range: $31.00 - $53.00 per hour.
