Position: Recreation Experience Expert | The St. Regis Resort
Recreation Activities Facilitator Responsibilities   Guest Engagement & Activity Facilitation:
Serve as a key resource for all on-property recreation activities.
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities (e.g., pools, beach, entertainment zone, fitness center, child activities center).
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Host private functions, group activities, and events within recreation facilities.
Safety & Compliance:
Promote and enforce the rules and regulations of recreation facilities for guest and member safety.
Observe activities and respond appropriately to emergencies in accordance with local operating procedures.
Be aware of situations where guests may not safely participate and inform supervisors.
Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Operational Duties:
Provide cashier services in facilities with point-of-sale transactions.
Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Customer Service & Teamwork:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with others; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team to reach common goals.

Physical Requirements & General Tasks:
Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Read and visually verify information in various formats.
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and over 25 pounds with assistance.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and up/down stairs and ramps.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
