Driller Job Position

Alpine Remediation, Inc is a woman owned small business based in Golden, CO. We are offering a driller role with a guaranteed yearly salary of $45,760 ($22/hr), plus overtime for any hours over 40. Cell phone stipend is included as part of total compensation ($7,200). 401(k) is offered after 1 year of service, 100% match on first 3% of earnings plus an additional 50% on the next 2%;

with profit sharing as permitted.

Job Responsibilities and Conditions
  • Perform manual drilling tasks in the field, including Direct Push, Auger, and remediation services.
  • Workday can be up to 10-12 hours long; weekend work may be required.
  • Lift 50–100 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
  • Travel within Colorado and to other states as job requirements dictate.
  • Follow all safety regulations, including safe handling of chemicals, PPE, and SDS compliance.
  • Maintain a clean MVR; must pass DOT regulated drug test and DOT and HAZMAT physical.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • Commercial Driver's License, Class B at minimum (or willingness to obtain a CDL after hire).
  • HAZWOPER, Safeland USA, CPR/First Aid certifications (or ability to complete them on paid time).
  • Background check clearance; no DUIs.
  • Ability to pass DOT and HAZMAT physicals.
