Responsible for performing cleaning duties to keep the premises clean and orderly. Typically cleans floors and rugs, washes walls and windows, and removes trash. May perform minor maintenance and repairs and coordinates with maintenance department for larger repairs.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing designated production floor areas.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain trash collection areas in accordance with company and environmental regulations.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas within the production facility.
• Ensure that workstations and high-traffic areas remain free from dust, debris, and spills to prevent safety hazards.
• Replenish essential supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning agents.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or hazardous conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with production team members to maintain cleanliness and organization.

• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

• This position requires work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required based on job tasks and safety guidelines.
