Troubleshoot or repair hospital systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, oxygen, and medical gases;
Repair and operate specialized equipment such as x-ray processors, emergency generators, air compressors, diesel engines, boilers, and chill systems;
Assist with fixture repair and other facilities tasks related to general repair and upkeep of the hospital;
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and furniture;
Respond to codes and disasters promptly as needed or directed
