Maintenance Technician Generalist

The Mayroad Company, a leader in financial advisory and asset management, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational integrity of our physical assets and facilities, which support our mission to deliver innovative financial solutions. Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to detect malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and troubleshoot issues to avoid downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by company safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement and standardization of maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialist repairs are necessary.
• Document and record maintenance and repair work for compliance and reporting purposes.

Required Skills

• Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks, including electrical voltmeters, welding, and machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
