Prairieville, Gonzales, and nearby communities | $18–$22 per hour plus tips | 30–40 hours weekly

We’re seeking reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy creating clean, comfortable homes. Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and care about doing quality work, we will provide the paid training and support you need.

As a Home Cleaning Technician, you will travel to customers’ homes in Prairieville, Gonzales, and other nearby service areas. Depending on the assignment, you may work independently or with a teammate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to company standards

• Removing dust and buildup from furniture, fixtures, and household surfaces

• Vacuuming carpets and rugs and mopping hard floors

• Performing recurring maintenance cleanings, detailed deep cleanings, and move-related services

• Using service checklists to complete each assigned task

• Inspecting finished rooms for quality before leaving the property

• Handling customers’ belongings and company equipment responsibly

• Keeping your supervisor informed of delays, concerns, or supply needs

Successful applicants must:

• Be available during daytime hours Monday through Friday

• Have a valid driver’s license, dependable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance

• Be comfortable driving between customers’ homes during the workday

• Be physically able to lift approximately 30 pounds and regularly bend, kneel, reach, vacuum, and mop

• Be able to understand and communicate work instructions and safety information in English

• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening

• Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail
