Agricultural Mechanic

Glanbia Nutritionals -  -  - Responsibilities:
Maintains agricultural production and quality by ensuring year-round operation of irrigation equipment, pumps, farm machinery, and facilities;
Performs preventive maintenance on center pivots, irrigation systems above and below ground, tractors, planting and tillage implements, engines, motors, pneumatic tools; troubleshooting malfunctions;
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments;
Maintains maintenance logs on assigned shift and ensures timely completion of work orders;
Promotes and exhibits strong safety practices and collaborates with team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
