Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the property remains well-maintained and welcoming for residents. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnover to deliver a high-quality living experience at our communities.
You should have 1-2 years of maintenance experience and a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting. HVAC experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license may be required to support on-site work across properties.
