• Starting at $25.25/hr
• Shift differential of $1.00/hr for overnight 2nd shift and $1.50/hr for 3rd Shift

• 2nd Shift: M-F, 2 pm - 10:30 pm ($1.50 shift differential)
• We require that you be flexible to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

The Maintenance Technician will help to maintain all equipment on site. This person will work under direction of the Maintenance Manager to ensure timelines are met and guidelines are followed. Work alongside of production team members to maintain continuous operations, while producing the highest quality products. They will assemble equipment as it comes in, maintain it through preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.

Completion of any scheduled or unscheduled task / work orders.

• Perform minor and major maintenance duties as needed in supporting production machinery
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments as necessary
• Supervise work of outside contractors
• Conduct emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on equipment on a scheduled basis
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Manage tools in the facility and ensure they are kept and returned to the right place
• Clear understanding of OSHA requirements and food industry GMP’s
• Other duties as assigned
• Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other personnel and management
• Represent self and company in a professional and positive manner
• Attend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussion
