Join a busy property management team where you will support multiple apartment communities with essential maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in providing quality work across different sites.

Pay: $24-$25/hr

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

* To complete work orders, repairs, and general maintenance tasks

* To troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

* To perform make‑ready tasks for upcoming move‑ins

* To maintain property cleanliness, safety, and equipment

* To travel between multiple communities as assigned

Required Skills

* Previous apartment maintenance or building repair experience

* Reliable transportation required to work at multiple properties

* Ability to use hand and power tools safely; must own tools

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
