Respond to service calls and perform production tasks in accordance with SERVPRO guidelines;
Support the Crew Chief and production team, while maintaining clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and facilities;
Ensure all customer needs are met and jobs are completed to SERVPRO standards;
Be available for emergency service responses and adhere to 1-4-8 job response protocols;
Follow SERVPRO guidelines and Crew Chief instructions; load equipment and supplies; set up staging areas; prepare job site rooms; assist crew with tasks; perform thorough cleanup at end of day
