As our Maintenance Lead I, youll play a hands-on role in keeping our buildings, equipment, and grounds in top condition while supporting the comfort and safety of our residents and team members.
Schedule:
M-F 8AM - 4:30PM
Key duties of this role include but not limited to:
* Perform and oversee repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
* Complete work orders promptly and in compliance with code standards.
* Communicate and collaborate with residents and staff to ensure a great experience for everyone on campus.
* Assist with apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and small projects.
* Respond to calls, including lockouts and emergency situations.
* Maintain shop supplies and order as needed.
* Operate golf carts to transport tools and supplies between facilities.
* Provide seasonal snow removal and assist with event setup and tear-down.
* Participate in a weekend/evening on-call rotation.
What Were Looking For :
* High school diploma or equivalent (required).
* 13 years of general maintenance experience preferred.
* Skills in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry work.
* Ability to work independently and safely, following maintenance department standards.
* Good communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
