Grounds, Security & Housekeeping Manager

Greencroft Goshen Leadership Opportunity

Greencroft Goshen is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee our campus grounds, security, housekeeping and laundry operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing strong teams, improving processes and creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents, visitors and team members.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate and supervise campus grounds, security and housekeeping services.
• Provide leadership to grounds and security team members and the Environmental Services Supervisor.
• Develop work schedules, assign priorities and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Oversee grounds maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, floor care, housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, tools, supplies and department records.
• Coach, train and evaluate team members while building a collaborative and accountable team.
• Partner with campus leaders to ensure resident and operational needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of progressively responsible grounds maintenance and gardening experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Indiana driver's license.
• Housekeeping, laundry, workplace safety or infection-control experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead diverse service teams.
• Ability to operate grounds-maintenance equipment and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• CAD, landscaping, design or horticulture training is helpful but not required.
