Direct Maintenance departments to prepare and fulfill repair, construction, and preventive maintenance schedules to maximize production equipment and facilities availability;
Report to the Director of Operations regarding predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant equipment;
Oversee a union maintenance organization consisting of 3 supervisors, 1 planner/scheduler, 1 admin and 30 hourly employees;
Interface with operations, safety, facilities and planning at daily production throughput meetings on status of all equipment;
Manage the preventive maintenance program and contribute to budgetary equipment rehabilitation programs
