Night Maintenance Technician
For the 2026 season, we are selecting talented and motivated hospitality professionals to fill the position of Night Maintenance Technician in the team of Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel.
As a Night Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the safety, technical surveillance, and night control of the Hotel and properties, ensuring operational continuity and the protection of guests, staff, and facilities during the night shift.
The selected candidate will demonstrate excellent hospitality and professionalism towards achieving the highest level of standards, have a strong predisposition for teamwork, and be able to maintain excellent working relationships in all hotel areas, with clients and external suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify the correct functioning of fire prevention and extinguishing devices (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fireproof boxes, signage, emergency exits);
- Check that evacuation routes are always free and compliant with safety regulations;
- Constantly monitor the status of doors, access points, closures, and sensitive areas;
- Manage and verify alarms and reports through remote monitoring and control systems;
- Promptly intervene in technical or safety emergencies, referring to company procedures;
- Compile shift reports, noting executed controls, detected anomalies, and performed interventions;
- Update maintenance management systems and/or safety registers
Job Requirements:
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably in a 5
* hotel; - Advanced knowledge of spoken and written Italian;
- High attention to detail and communication skills.
Contract Type:
- Seasonal fixed-term contract.

Tourism National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) - Gross annual salary 25k
- Level of classification C2
