Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs and ATVs;
Provide excellent customer service to customers;
Assist customers by loading and unloading products, locating parts, and answering questions concerning repairs to their units;
Diagnose, assemble, and repair all small engine and outdoor power equipment sold at Blain’s Farm and Fleet stores;
Document repairs on work orders, track units in the shop, and complete/close out work orders
