Candidate Training Program & Conditional Employment Agreement
Program OverviewUSA Dutch, Inc. offers a structured, paid training program designed to prepare candidates for full time employment in our manufacturing operations.
- Program Length: 5 weeks
- Sessions Per Week: 3
- Session Length: 3 hours each
- Training Start Time: 5:00 PM
- Total Training

Attendance and participation in all scheduled sessions are mandatory.
Training ScheduleTraining sessions will be held twice weekly, beginning promptly at 5:00 PM. Specific training days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for a 5-week program.
Compensation after training is complete.
- Training Wage: $12.00 per hour
- Total Training Compensation: $540.00 (45 hours × $12.00/hour)
Candidates must complete training to receive the course compensation.
Post Training Employment Opportunity Required SkillsUpon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of required skills, candidates will be Paid in Full for the training period and offered the following:

Full time - Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Shift Assignment:
- 2nd Shift Monday thru Thursday 3:15 pm – 1:45 am
(Assigned based on operational needs and candidate availability)
Employment is contingent upon meeting company performance, attendance, and conduct standards.

Failure to comply with safety or dress code requirements may result in removal from a training session or dismissal from the program.
