Candidate Training Program & Conditional Employment Agreement

USA Dutch, Inc. offers a structured, paid training program designed to prepare candidates for full time employment in our manufacturing operations.

• Program Length: 5 weeks
• Sessions Per Week: 3
• Session Length: 3 hours each
• Training Start Time: 5:00 PM

Attendance and participation in all scheduled sessions are mandatory.

Training sessions will be held twice weekly, beginning promptly at 5:00 PM. Specific training days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for a 5-week program.

Compensation after training is complete.

• Training Wage: $12.00 per hour
• Total Training Compensation: $540.00 (45 hours × $12.00/hour)

Candidates must complete training to receive the course compensation.

Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of required skills, candidates will be Paid in Full for the training period and offered the following:

• Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Shift Assignment:
• 2nd Shift Monday thru Thursday 3:15 pm – 1:45 am

(Assigned based on operational needs and candidate availability)

Employment is contingent upon meeting company performance, attendance, and conduct standards.
