Alarm Monitoring Operator – 2nd Shift Opportunity

Full Time position with a starting pay of $15 per hour. Pay increases with skill and experience. Shift premium of $1 per hour for hours worked between 6 pm–6 am.

• Weekend and holiday availability required; open availability is a plus.

As an Alarm Operator you will monitor primarily commercial alarms and some residential alarms. You will notify clients of verified alarms, coordinate assistance, and dispatch police and fire authorities when necessary. The role requires handling emergency alarms, following procedures and protocols, and maintaining client satisfaction.

• Minimum 18 years of age with High School, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer‑support related experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS 365 a plus).

No industry experience is required. A 4–6 week paid training program will be provided. Successful pre‑employment background check and drug test are required. Apply within the next training class start date.
