Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain hard surface and carpet floors at client sites. You will perform stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing and extraction, working with team members under limited supervision.
The role requires weekend availability, physical stamina and the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff at multiple locations. Regular lifting and night/early morning shifts may be required.
