Custodian

Hy-Vee -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain total store cleanliness and appearance inside and out, including sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, power washing, scrubbing, dusting, shampooing carpets, and sanitizing;
Change ceiling lights and install or replace towel, paper, and soap dispensers as needed;
Monitor plumbing, fixtures, coolers, and freezers and notify supervisors of any issues;
Empty garbage and crush cardboard throughout your shift; unclog drains as needed and perform routine equipment maintenance;
Conduct quarterly inventory on products for costs and amounts used; do price checks, and assist in other areas or special projects as assigned
