Job Shift: Swing Housekeeping Associate

To access and address janitorial and safety issues. Work in collaboration with supervisor and in-house maintenance personnel in maintaining a clean and healthy building for our medical practices.

• Keep the facilities clean and maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Do required daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning.

• Knowledge of safety and have good housekeeping skills.

• Must have the education or be willing to be trained in the OSHA Standards Regulations in regards to housekeeping, as well as Blood borne Pathogens.

• Must be able to work under pressure;
• be detail oriented;
• have good work ethics and communication skills and must have the ability to work well with supervisor and other staff members.

This is a part-time position at 20 hours a week. Works primarily a swing shift position (6:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m.). Occasional coverage weekday or weekends for DOCS ON CALL or Grand Junction Diagnostics. Expected hours of work may change at any time with or without notice.

High exposure with personal protective equipment required.

This job operates in a professional office environment with outpatient medical exam rooms.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is primarily a walking/standing role; however, there is some lifting, bending, overhead movement and scrubbing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
