Role Description The Assistant Carpet Cleaner is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Junction, CO. This role supports lead technicians with carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services in residential and commercial settings. Daily tasks include preparing and loading equipment, assisting with the operation of cleaning machinery, moving and protecting customer furniture, and helping to ensure each job is completed safely and efficiently.

The Assistant Carpet Cleaner interacts with customers in a professional manner, answers basic questions about services, and helps maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work environment. The role also involves following company safety procedures, handling cleaning products properly, and supporting the team in meeting quality and service standards.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying equipment, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong customer service skills, including professional communication, reliability, and respectful interaction with clients.
• Capacity to follow detailed instructions, work as part of a team, and support lead technicians on-site.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating cleaning equipment and willingness to learn company procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred; reliable transportation to the Grand Junction, CO location is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a similar hands‑on role is a plus.
