We’re seeking a dedicated Property Services Associate to help maintain and enhance the physical beauty and safety of our campus.

• Maintain plant beds by pulling weeds and keeping them clear of debris.
• Prune plants, shrubbery, and trees to keep them neatly trimmed and routinely deadhead.
• Maintain irrigation systems by changing and adjusting sprinkler heads.
• Mow and line‑trim lawns.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Assist building maintenance crew with assigned light building maintenance duties.

• One year of related work experience, or two years of work experience.
• Driver’s License.
• Critical Thinking:
  Expert.
• Fluent in Reading English:
  Expert.
• Fluent in Speaking Spanish:
  Expert (Preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

• Competitive pay range: $16.50 to $17.33 per hour.
