EVS Tech Housekeeping

Intermountain Health is seeking an EVS Tech Housekeeping professional to support a clean, safe, and healing environment in our healthcare facilities. In this role, you will perform daily and deep cleaning of patient rooms, restrooms, clinical areas, and public spaces following strict infection-prevention and safety standards. You'll handle waste removal, restocking supplies, and room turnovers while interacting courteously with patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, clinical areas, and public spaces
• Follow infection-prevention and safety protocols, including handling of chemicals and biohazard waste
• Perform daily, discharge, and deep cleaning, including floor care and high-touch surfaces
• Restock linens, paper products, and supplies in assigned areas
• Respond to room turnover requests in a timely manner to support patient flow
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and maintain basic equipment care
• Document tasks as required and follow assigned schedules and routes
• Provide courteous, respectful interactions with patients, visitors, and staff
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
• Follow organizational policies, including confidentiality and regulatory standards
