In this position, the responsibilities include heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors by vacuuming and buffing, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing lining of trash cans. Cleans and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Duties may include tending and performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- High School degree or experience
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus
- Valid Drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Shift
- Part Time - Compensation: $15.16/hr
