** JOB DESCRIPTION
** Responsibilities* Responsible for correct set up and tear down for events.
* Flexible hours – daytime, late evening.
* Maintains in a clean and presentable manner.
* Responsible for keeping all areas in safe, clean condition.
* Keeps front entrance and outside areas clean and trash picked up.
* Responsible for converting the facility from one event to the next.
* Responsible for cleaning and maintaining needs of the facility.

Qualifications
* Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools for the safe and effective maintenance and repair of arena facilities and equipment.
* Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, customers, vendors, promoters.
