Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Technician

Location: Grand Junction, CO

Pay: $18 - $20 (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time Availaible

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, power washing, and soft washing of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, using cleaning chemicals safely, and operating pressure washing equipment.

• Clean exterior windows to company quality standards.
• Perform power washing and soft washing services on homes, buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and other exterior surfaces.
• Safely handle, mix, and apply cleaning chemicals according to company procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Operate pressure washers, soft wash systems, water-fed poles, ladders, and related equipment.
• Inspect work areas before and after service to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition.
• Follow all safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Complete assigned jobs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance services as needed.

• Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or related exterior cleaning services preferred.
• Ability to safely work at heights and on ladders.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds.

• Full-time / Part-time available
• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
