Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting.
• Keep the facility clean by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal, using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of chemical and supply inventory, requesting replenishment when low.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates and create a positive first and last impression.

• Thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Takes pride in work and keeps member satisfaction as top priority.
• Comfortable with change and quickly adapts to different work scenarios.
• Can work an entire shift on feet and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance work.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for an occupational setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Base pay: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr.

Premiums may apply: $0.35 to $3.00/hr in specific circumstances.
