As Lead Technician, you will direct a team of technicians, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, train junior staff, assign work, participate in interviewing candidates, and report to senior leadership.
Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, assign daily tasks, and manage performance.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance on specialized equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, inspect completed work, and maintain documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, reducing downtime.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment and ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of five years of mechanical experience.
- Proficient reading and writing in English.
- US Citizen.
