Perform general repairs in and around the hotel, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and masonry;
Maintain all fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule and record in log book;
Replace worn or damaged parts in small machines and equipment;
Assist other departments with moving furniture and unloading/storing supplies;
Maintain cleanliness of internal and public areas and parking lot; handle trash and pool/spa areas per regulations; respond to guest requests and escalate as needed
