Maintenance Technician II independently maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs automated production and fulfillment equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce wall art manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maximizing equipment’s uptime, sustaining consistent product quality, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on large-format printers, conveyors, framing machines, miter saws, joiners, CNC machinery, and packaging systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems including sensors, actuators, HMIs, barcode scanners, and vision systems
• Maintain print systems including printheads, ink delivery systems, and curing units to ensure consistent output quality
• Perform equipment setups, changeovers, and calibrations to support high-mix, short-run production
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately in the CMMS (E-Maintenance by Fluke)
• Conduct equipment inspections and system checks to identify and address potential issues proactively
